release!

ONess Common-Webapp View is a module from the ONess project. Provides common 
resources to the webapp view of all modules. 

Changes in this version include:

  New Features:

o Added new css stylesheets so webapps are now handheld, pda and printer 
  friendly with no effort 
o Added error handling 

  Changes:

o Removed ContextLoaderListener from web-common.xml, must be set in 
  subprojects
